BUYING OUR PRODUCTS
You can place your order on-line but you cannot pay for your purchase through our website. You can place an order by clicking on the Quote request button for the product or products that you are interested in. When we receive your quotation request, we will e-mail you with a complete price taking into account VAT (if relevant), delivery costs and any discounts that may be applicable, as well as advising you on availability and likely delivery time for products not available from stock. You can then contact us by telephone with your credit card details, or fax these details to us, or, if there is a problem with time differences, we will telephone you at your stated (local) time.
We believe that this is the most secure way for you to buy from us and reduce the possibility of fraudulent transactions which we have experienced.
Please note that we accept all debit or credit cards except for American Express.
We have a minimum order value of £25 or US$50.
